If a booking is canceled less than 48 hours before, we refund 97% of the cost (3% fee for the payment link).
If canceled less than 24 hours before — 50% of the cost.
No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before.
The refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days, depending on the sender’s country and bank.
