Agreement on the use of the online Service Taxitransfermilan
1. The Subject of the Agreement
1.1. Online service for booking a transfer “Taxitransfermilan” (hereinafter referred to as the Company) Registered at 35 Novy Arbat, Moscow, 119002, Russian Federation invites the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) to use the service available at https: // taxitransfermilan .com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and further described in section 2 of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) on the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Under this Agreement, the Company undertakes, at the request of the User, for the fee specified in clause 3.1 of this Agreement, to provide the User with the entire capacity of the vehicle specified in Appendix No. 2 to this Agreement for the carriage of passengers and luggage along the routes specified in Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement, and the User undertakes accept it and pay for the transfer (carriage charge).
The Company provides the following procedure for admitting passengers to board the vehicle: according to the list of passengers indicating the contact telephone numbers provided by the User when booking.
1.2. The name of the vehicle, its class and technical characteristics are indicated in the Company must provide the User in accordance with his application on the website.
3. Description of the Service
The Online Service is an intermediary between the user and the provider of private road transport services (hereinafter referred to as the “Carriers”), with whom the Company has entered into relevant agreements.
After the user has registered on the online service and sent a request for transportation, the Campaign provides him with information on possible vehicles and the cost of the transfer. All communication with the User is carried out at the phone number indicated by him or the provided e-mail.
After the user accepts the Offer offered to him from the Company and agrees to the service in correspondence or by phone, the contract of carriage is considered concluded between the User and the Carrier on the conditions specified in the Offer. In this case, the company acts as an intermediary. Further, the Company provides Perevochik’s data (phone number) and the User is already negotiating the conditions of the trip with the Carrier.
4. Transfer cost
4.1. The cost of the transfer is determined by the Company when booking a transfer.
4.2. The user pays for the transfer in cash or by card after the transportation along the declared route. Payment is made to the driver provided by the Company.
4.3. In case of cancellation of the transfer, the User is not liable, and the Company does not impose a penalty on the User. The User must notify the company about the cancellation of the transfer by e-mail info@milantransfer.net
